For patents that warrant action, we pursue targeted, pre-suit licensing efforts designed to resolve disputes without litigation. Patent Enforcement

When licensing efforts do not lead to resolution, we advise clients on whether and how to pursue patent enforcement through litigation. This includes evaluating venue, timing, cost, and strategic leverage, as well as coordinating with co-counsel or litigation funding where appropriate. Litigation is pursued selectively and deliberately, not as a default outcome, but as a backstop that gives credibility to licensing efforts and protects the client's long-term enforcement position.
